SPH Content Lab is hiring a talented video producer to join our team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for bringing our commercial video projects to life by managing the end-to-end aspect of the production process from pre-production to post-production. The ideal candidate has strong experience in leading a variety of video production, knows how to problem-solve, and manage their time and budget effectively.

In this role, you will handle overlapping timelines from different clients, budgeting, and work extensively with freelancers and other vendors to deliver on our timelines. You will also need good communication skills and have a knack for identifying and teasing out good content for video from our clients.

Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively manage and clearly communicate overall campaign production timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs.
• Establish and manage processes and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and draft out scripts accordingly for profile-driven and other storytelling videos.
• Coordinate and lead onboarding, kick-off, and ongoing meetings to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Ability to proactively identify and solve for potential challenges in the creative and production processes.
• Ability to effectively manage expectations and work within tight, demanding deadlines.
• Manage day-to-day tasks and troubleshooting of production and post-production issues.
• Must work well with others.

Proficient software experience needed:

• Google Suite
• Frame.io (bonus)
