Job Description

You'll be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube (Podcast). You should have an eye for storytelling, strong editing instincts, and a good understanding of current social media trends and algorithms.


Key Responsibilities



Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels) and long-form videos (YouTube). Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas, scripts, and storyboards. Stay up-to-date with trending sounds, transitions, and viral formats on social media. Capture high-quality footage using DSLR/mirrorless cameras or smartphones, as needed. Edit videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut. Add captions, effects, graphics, and sound design to enhance engagement. Organize and manage video assets, ensuring efficient file storage and workflow. Occasionally handle photography during shoots or events.

Requirements



Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior. Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut). A good sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative, proactive, and always brimming with new ideas. Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, color grading, or sound design.

Nice-to-Haves



Knowledge of photography and basic graphic design. * Experience in influencer marketing or brand collaborations.
