Organize, fold, and dispatch monthly Statement of Accounts to customers via post, email, and/or fax.
Issue reminder letters to customers with overdue accounts.
Scan, edit, and manage the submission of invoices, including basic reconciliation tasks.
Download and combine documents for submission purposes.
Ensure accurate attachment and filing of all documents.
Print and collect hard copies of billing documents from designated printers with the appropriate pre-printed forms.
Assist customers with inquiries related to billing documents.
Perform data entry for the creation of customer master records.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned periodically by management.
