What you will own and manage in your day-to-day work at Wilhelmsen:

You will be responsible to reduce aged and current debt for your own customer portfolio.

Develop and maintain effective and constructive relationships with customers to achieve the best credit results as possible.

Proactive follow up with customers via outbound customer contacts to negotiate payment on outstanding amounts and resolve outstanding payment issues.

Build and maintain good working relations within the team and colleagues across the globe.

To be familiar and to act in accordance with all applicable credit processes and policies.

This role is a perfect challenge for you if you have:

Have relevant 2-3 years of working experience and a bachelor or similar degree in economics or finance.

Fluent in English - both writing and speaking.

Excellent interacting, negotiation and communicating skills.

A proactive, motivated, and positive attitude, with the ability to easily adapt to business changes and learn new processes quickly.

Computer literate (experience in system environment), strong Excel skills.
