Credit ControllerSingaporeThe role holder coordinates end-to-end activity from premium chasing, builds reciprocal broker relationships and provides underwriting teams with effective reporting and clear escalation channels.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\xc2\xb7 Responsible for Credit Control and Debt Collection:-o Monitoring of premiums that fall due / overdueo Send monthly broker statementso Liaise with underwriters, brokers and management to progress collection processo Reconciliation of brokers\xe2\x80\x99 statement/payments made to offshore service centreo Monitoring & matching of receipts and unallocated receiptso Liaising with team responsible for Premium Booking/Resolving Discrepancieso Accelerating the collection process on aged debto Engage with brokers on a regular basis to establish rapport and facilitate issues resolution.\xc2\xb7 Monthly reporting of credit control balances analysis\xc2\xb7 Provide & contribute towards Middle Office management and underwriting reporting packs\xc2\xb7 Adhere to all internal company procedures where applicable including, but not limited to, administrative procedures, expenses, health & safety\xc2\xb7 Ensure that, as an AXA XL employee, you are representing the AXA XL organisation in a professional and appropriate manner\xc2\xb7 Ad Hoc Projects as may be directedYou will report to the Team Lead, Credit Control ASIA .QualificationsSHARE your talentWe\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:\xc2\xb7 Diploma or University degree is preferred\xc2\xb7 Equipped with relevant related work experience.\xc2\xb7 Those with experience in the Financial Services industry will be a plus.\xc2\xb7 Up to date appreciation of the technical requirements of the role\xc2\xb7 Proven ability in identifying and analyzing problems, creating good solutions, deploying sound decision making skills\xc2\xb7 Demonstrable evidence of interpreting & manipulating data clearly and accurately with the ability to extract & clearly articulate key points\xc2\xb7 Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous eye for identifying inconsistencies or inaccuracies in data entry or data outputs\xc2\xb7 Able to organize self (and others if applicable) including effective scheduling, prioritization and time management skills, completing tasks to tight deadlines.
