Manage and update sector-specific property data (covering Office, Hotel, Residential, Retail, etc) for use by Real Estate's Relationship Managers (RMs) in their credit assessment of property financing transactions * Assist RMs with periodic st Manage and update sector-specific property data (covering Office, Hotel, Residential, Retail, etc) for use by Real Estate's Relationship Managers (RMs) in their credit assessment of property financing transactions Assist RMs with periodic stress tests on RE's loan portfolio Assist with the collation and preparation of internal and external reports Assist with the annual review and update of RE's Target Market/Risk Asset Acceptance Criteria Assist with presentations in connection with audits and performance reviews Be the department representative for credit related projects and Credit Risk Review (CRR) audit Qualifications University degree Strong ability in handling data and performing quantitative analysis Advanced Microsoft Word and Powerpoint skills Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot table, vlookup) Familiarity with cashflow projections and financial modelling would be an advantage A curious and enquiring mind and is eager to learn about news and developments in the various property sectors through media reports, industry publications and journals. Meticulous approach to figures with great attention to detail Ability to write clearly and concisely would be an advantage
