Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a Credit Investment Officer who is passionate about private credit, financial inclusion, digitalisation (data and blockchain are a bonus), and who is an excellent fit for our open, driven, and collaborative team culture. You will be responsible for underwriting and structuring loan facilities to digital supply chain ecosystem partners, and ensuring that lending transactions with these clients are executed well from investment to exit. You will also be involved in overseeing the technical product development for credit monitoring and reporting. You will also work closely with the whole team - including legal and product - to execute and close transactions. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own structured debt transactions from origination through to execution and closing.
• Work closely with the team to negotiate terms, structure transactions, run due diligence andunderwriting process, and present transactions to the investment committee.
• Monitor existing positions and manage client relationships. Develop and implement credit riskmanagement strategies to monitor loan performance, with ongoing reporting to the creditcommittee.
• Evaluate and continuously improve the credit underwriting guidelines for the portfolio, ensuringthey meet both regulatory and business needs. Contribute to origination and product strategy inkey target markets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of credit risk strategy with businessobjectives.

Requirements:

• Fundamental credit analysis and modelling, with the ability to interpret financial models and business plans and create independent forecasts
• Judgment to be able to determine the most important risk factors in a transaction and determine clear focus for deal selection and ongoing monitoring
• Ability to structure credit transactions, legal terms and security packages
• Has or can develop in-depth market knowledge and can provide the team with local insights oncounterparties and market trends
• Able to build relationships with clients - communicating clearly to ensure alignment on dealterms and balancing risk and commercial considerations
• Professional experience in Southeast Asia and India is preferred, particularly in large targetemerging markets (Indonesia, India to start). Some experience with digital supply chains and fintechs in emerging markets.

General:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in finance
• 3+ years working in private credit or structured debt; bonus if interested insustainability/impact-linked debt
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships withstakeholders at all levels
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiessimultaneously
• Fluent in English and have good communication skills
• Interested in taking on more responsibility and ownership over time
