Handing and managing of both internal and external customer to create an effective collection means. Improve cashflow of the company and reduce cost of financing.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financial Reporting
• Analysis of market situation and industrial profiling against our customer.
• Work with Sales to ensure payment from customer
• Working with Auditors for both internal and customer related question and query.
• Arrange meeting for debt review
• Liaising with partners when dealing with high risk and bad debt.
• Automation of reporting and process
• UAT for new system and process.

Requirements:

• Education level: Diploma
• Experience: 0-5 years
• Specific skills: SAP, Excel, Basic Accounting, Visual Basic (Optional), UAT testing background (Optional), Basic Contract Law understanding.
• Personal characteristics: Forward Looking, Risk Neutral, Analytical, Good Math Ability, Ability to work under pressure, willingness to learn and challenge oneself.
