• Assist in Monthly Reporting procedures and processes.
• Daily debt collection activities including sending of e-mail chasers to stakeholders and customers.
• Communicate with Sales to ensure timely collection of debts from customer.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to manage default risks and bad debts.
• Arrange, coordinate, and conduct meetings with internal stakeholders for customer debt reviews.
• Spokesperson and Point of Contact for MSBS system migration.
• Identify, inform, and follow up with issues arising from system migration.
• Create Work Instruction and tutor teammates on current operational processes and new functions/features from migration.
• Assist in the review and updates operational process for continuous improvements.
• Handling Auditors request for internal and external customer related queries.
• Any other ad hoc activities that may be assigned from time to time.

This is a 1 year direct contract with SingtelSkills for Success:

• A Levels, or Diploma
• MS office (vlookup, power query, pivot tables)
• Able to handle basic accounting entries
• SAP S/4 Hana
• Able to understand business risks
• Analytical mind
• Good communication skills
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
• Able to work independently and in a team,
• Willingness to learn and challenge oneself
