We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive to join our Credit Management, Credit Risk & Arrears Management department. Working closely with the Network, Sales team, product team order management team, You will oversee the Credit Control and Collection matters and also ensure all issues and customer feedback are escalated and resolved. You will also have the opportunity to work on innovative projects, and learn new program like latest SAP module and CRM system.

Make an Impact by:

• Managing a small Business Process Outsourcing team from India
• Attending and follow up with customer for overdue & disputes
• Performing monthly closing eg revaluation, payment run
• Preparing Operation and Management reports after close
• Assisting in year-end provision for bad debts reports for tax department
• Attending to auditor\xe2\x80\x99s queries
• Participating in process improvement projects
• New Entities Set up (CM part)
• Monthly settlement of SER accounts
• Blackline reporting
• Performing reconciliation for cash-on-delivery (COD) invoices
• Following up with IT on the incidents & demand tickets

Skills for Success:

• Diploma holder in Accounting, Business or any related fields
• Proficient Ms Excel, Ms Word
• Meticulous
