The Role
You will manage a team and support the front office team in analyzing investors of the funds, perform credit analysis on the investors\' credit worthiness, co-ordinate with treasury people and back office for loan disbursement. The team is also responsible to perform loan repayment and funding receipts, KYC checks on investors and ongoing monitoring of investors.
Your Profile
You should have around 8-10 years\' experience in loan operations experience either in the middle office or back-office function; strong analytical and writing skills to generate credit analysis reports, ability to thrive in a team with good teamwork ethic and cultural sensitivity, ability to lead and motivate the team and be proactive to continuously seek improvements in process/systems.
