• Basic Salary: Up to $3200
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Location: East

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Allocation, and Reconciliation

• AR allocation support across the portfolio (Cash/Cheque, TT, DD, CC)
• AR allocation project support
• E2E Direct Debit payment mode lead
• Perform Credit Card payment mode reconciliation, follow-up on charging, refunds with Bank & Customer

Customer Master Account Creation & Maintenance Collection

• Responsible for obtaining timely payments from customers within agreed payment terms, maximizing cash flow and reducing AR outstanding
• Resolve billing disputes with internal and external parties

(Eg: customers, warehouse, customer service and delivery teams).

• Perform accurate and prompt billing and allocation.

Credit & Risk Management

• Conduct credit evaluation & periodic review on new/existing customers
• Performs reviews and release orders on credit hold to ensure daily operation is carried out smoothly
• Managed credit control and debt recovery activities

Monthly / Year End Closing

• Timely completion of month-end activities
• Prepare month-end reports and perform variance analysis

Others

• Manage the Customer Support Feedback System for Credit Department
• Actively involves in updating of Work Instruction and SOP for the department
• Participate in adhoc projects or new initiatives, and exigencies where required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder in Accounting / Business Admin / Accountancy with at least 3 years of Accounts Receivable and collection experience.
• Experiences in FMCG or Healthcare industry is preferred.
• Familiar with SAP is an advantage.
• Strong in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Able to multi-task and maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail, with a proactive and a good analytical problem-solving ability.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented focus.
• A team player who is able to adapt well under pressure, in a high volume & fast paced environment
• Possess strong integrity, and is trustworthy

Job Type Temporary / Contract

Working Hours 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary From S$3,000.00 to S$3,500.00
