Responsibilities:

Manage reconciliation of Profit and Loss statements (P/L)
Prepare Risk and position reporting
Conduct assessments to define and analyze potential risks
Assess the severity of each risk by evaluating its consequences
Oversee audit processes and procedures
Develop controls and systems for risk management
Devise processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks
Create contingency plans for crisis management
Evaluate existing policies and procedures to identify weaknesses
Prepare reports and present recommendations
Assist in implementing solutions and plans
Ensure the company\'s risk exposures are within specified limits
Collaborate closely with other business stakeholders
Perform identity checks, background checks, and risk analysis for personal loan applicants

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in unsecured personal risk control
Higher Diploma or above in Business Studies, Finance, Banking, Economics, or equivalent
Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification is a plus
Independent, organized, highly analytical, and proactive
