Job Description
An exciting Credit Risk Specialist job has just become available at a MAS-licensed digital bank. In this role, you will build CRM solutions and strategies for the customer\'s whole lifecycle.
About the Credit Risk Specialist Role:
In this role, you will design and develop the credit risk management strategy through the analysis of diverse data. You will also further implement data-driven risk strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine and implement risk strategies for the organisation
- Execute credit and fraud risk strategies for lending proposals, with a focus on quality, time management and approved credit policy
- Create and implement data-driven risk strategies such as risk-based pricing
- Incorporate and enforce regional regulatory requirements relevant to unsecured lending within the credit risk strategy.
- Ensure compliance of new lending origination, portfolio management, and collections performance with predetermined key performance metrics
Key Requirements:
- University degree in finance, banking or data analytics
- Five or more years of experience in consumer banking
- Strong understanding of local regulations in relation to unsecured lending is a must
- Knowledge of the full-cycle credit risk management principles (originations, portfolio management and collections) with experience in data analysis
- Experience in strategy development, customer segmentation and/or credit policy
