Crew (Casual) - Adventure Cove Waterpark ($10 to $13 Per Hour) Responsibilities

• Ensures the well-being and safety of our Guests & Team Members by providing a high standard of aquatic safety and exemplary guest services.
• Participate in regular in-service training to provide fun/friendly customer service experience and enforce the park\xe2\x80\x99s policies, attractions safety rules and regulations.
• Interacts with guests; disseminates information related to the park, rides, operates and dispatches guests safely at various rides and slide rules attractions.
• Assists in engaging guests during special events within the park from time to time to provide memorable and fun customer service delivery.
• Recognize and alert Lifeguards effectively in emergency situations and assist in ensuring that injuries/casualties are minimised and aid is promptly rendered.

Requirements

• Minimum ITE or GCE \xe2\x80\x98O/N\' levels
• Not afraid of water and/or height
• While performing the duties he/she is frequently required to stand, walk, talk or hear.
• Able to occasionally lift and/or move objects/tools of varying weights
• Able to have logical thought process when interacting with guest and in situations
• Able to employ personal empowerment, empathy and creativity to resolve guest concerns or complaints
• Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays, and work in an outdoor environment
• Comfortable speaking to groups
• 1 year of operations experience preferred
