Lifeguard (Casual) - Adventure Cove Waterpark ($14.50 to $17.50 Per Hour)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the well-being and safety of our Guests & Team Members by providing a high standard of aquatic safety and exemplary guest services.

• Participate in regular in-service training to provide fun/friendly customer service experience and enforce the park\xe2\x80\x99s policies, attractions safety rules and regulations.

• Interact with guests, disseminate information related to the park and rides.

• Operate and dispatch guests safely at various rides and slides.

• Assist in engaging guests during special events within the park from time to time, to provide memorable and fun customer service.

• Recognise and respond effectively in emergency situations to ensure that injuries/casualties are minimised, and aid is promptly rendered.

Job Requirement

• GCE N/O/A Levels or ITE Certificate

• Bronze Medallion and/or Lifesaving 123 certification.

• Valid CPR Certification.

• Good guest service and communication skills.

• Strong observational skills to proactively identify guest needs and monitor safety guidelines.

• Attentive and keen eye for surroundings to identify safety risk situations.

• Able to employ personal empowerment, empathy and creativity to resolve guest concerns or complaints.

• Able to perform shift work, and willing to work during weekends and public holidays.

• Required to occasionally lift and/or move objects/tools of varying weights.

• 1 year of operations experience preferred.
