Antaeus Travel Group is looking for an experienced and passionate marine travel consultant who will provide exceptional customer service and support to its clients by processing booking requests, amendments, and cancellations. The successful candidate will be dedicated, experienced, and able to deal with the high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment, combined with exceptionally high levels of customer service expertise and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:

• Book and offer cost effective travel arrangements to our clients from a varied portfolio of marine & offshore accounts
• Check between various GDS platforms to find the best routes with the best prices
• Handle telephone calls and passengers with dedication and commitment at all times
• Respond promptly to any request maintaining strong service standards
• Bring crew safely & on time to their destinations. Be able to locate, inform and assist crew at any moment with an effective contingency plan.
• Collaborate effectively with the rest of the marine team to provide best fares
• Ensure all communication both written and verbal is professional, accurate and conducted in a timely manner

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marine & offshore travel
• Excellent knowledge of AMADEUS (knowledge of other GDS’s will be considered a plus)
• Computer literate with experience of email, MS Office & web-based programs
• Proficiency in English & Greek
• IATA Certificate is a plus
