5 days work week, 8.30am to 5.00pm (Monday to Thursday); 8.30am to 4.00pm (Friday)
Salary: up to $4300 + AWS
Responsibilities
Support the crewing operations in performing the schedules and planning of crew changes and follow up with relevant parties.
Assist in travel arrangement of the mobilization and de-mobilization of the crewing staff, including Air Tickets, Visa application, hotel accommodation, etc.
Ensure candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence certificate / qualification documents).
Assist on all crew issues.
Perform data entry, recording, printing and filing duties.
Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the team and department.
Preparation of crews payroll.
Any other duties as instructed by the Assistant Crewing Manager/Crewing Manager.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline.
Experience: at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role preferably in the Maritime industry.
Pleasant personalities mature, with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, take initiative and well organized.
Able to work fast under pressure.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
