Job Description
Responsibilities
- Works closely with manning centers, vendors and clients

Manage crewing activities and work closely with Crewing Manager

Prepare and provide the manning budgets for the client.

Coordinate the plan crew requirements and prepare yearly plans

Screen applicants as per Crew Selection Criteria and client requirements
-
Ensure validity of flag documents & Certificates.

Ensure embarking and disembarking of seafarers is well coordinated with Port Agents,
-
Monitor Training reports and ensure training as per vessel specific Training requirements
-
To ensure that travel plans are within the travel budget allocated for the vessels.
-
Prepare and generate reports as required by the Crew Manager
-
Issue non-conformance reports for lapses and as a means of ensuring improvements
-
Ensure Vessel takeover and hand over is carried out well under the direction of the Crew Manager.

Compile all invoices of P&I cases.
- Coordinate with training centers and institutions for crew training

Requirements
- Master/Chief Officer or Chief Engineer/Second Engineer or equivalent

Min 3 years of crewing experience

Good knowledge of MS Office

Good knowledge of HSSEQ
