Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Providing user permissions in Salesforce, Sales Aid, InContact and other CRM tools
  • Creating user profiles as well as maintaining user profiles (add, remove, change) for CRM tools
  • Provide CRM Administrator support to users, diagnosing and resolving problems
  • Monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integration
  • Represent the interest of the users while maintaining the integrity of the CRM system and data
  • Gather, identify and analyze CRM business requirements and ensure appropriate requirements are met by the CRM system
  • Train users on system functions and processes for CRM systems
  • Create and set up reports and dashboards and provide analytics back to the MSO organization as necessary.
  • Handles CRM related inquiries of moderate scope and complexity

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in any Business, IT, or any other related course
  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
  • Highly customer service and quality oriented mindset;
  • Proficient research, analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools;
  • Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload;
  • Team oriented person who can focus on the details.
  • Knowledge of CRM specifically Salesforce and SAP an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-year work experience in user maintenance, and other related field.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP, MS Tools
