TRT Shared Services, OPCPosition: IT ApplicationDepartment: Finance and OperationsLocation: Clark Global City, PhilippinesReporting To: IT Team LeaderOverview: The main role of the IT Administrator - Application is to maintain TRT Internal computing environment by identifying system requirements, monitoring hardware and software performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation.Key Deliverables: Responsible for managing whole NetSuite account. Technical point of contact for our ERP application (NetSuite) and provide hands-on support for NetSuite users. Handle day to day issues including daily health checks of applications and processes, working closely with End users, Development staff and Infrastructure teams, to prioritize and resolve tickets or provide work around Bug fixing; Enhancements; Handling Change Requests Scripting and automation off Linux servers Design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet user's needs. Participate in technical design/code reviews & audits to ensure design objectives are met and standards are followed. Work with the NetSuite and implementation partner teams on automating data integrations with NetSuite. Manage and maintain company website and social media accounts Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention Troubleshooting all kinds of applications, systems, and services Develop creative solutions to unexpected problems, working with different teams throughout the company Document and updates procedures and guides Serves as a point of contact for external vendors Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requestsProfessional Capabilities: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or engineering. Minimum experience of 3 years in IT Administration. Excellent communication (verbal/written), creative problem-solving abilities, relationship and customer service skills. The ability to provide documentation relevant to different audiences (technical and management). Knowledge in operating systems including Ubuntu server, Windows Server 2016/2019 Windows 7/10, Mac OS, Android, IOS. Knowledge in applications including Active Directory, Optus Loop (IP Phones), SonicWall VPN, SharePoint, O365/Exchange Administration, PowerShell, NetSuite ERP, Virtual Machines. Strong experience in NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing Specializes in NetSuite ERP program with prior experience with NetSuite CRM and eCommerce Database Management MySQL Server Experience in HTML, CSS, XML, JAVA, PHPJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:
