Hudson is representing a well-established organisation for an exciting opportunity within the Engineering & Construction space. We have partnered with them on this search mandate and we are looking for a CRM Analysis Manager to join their team in Singapore.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The role of CRM Analysis Manager is to interpret the data in CRM into effective planning and sales projections, that may translate into strategic decisions. You are responsible for the quality of data and accuracy of inputs to key indicators.

SCOPE:

• Research on markets, countries, and competitor\'s data. Supports the development of Business Development strategy by collaborating closely with Marketing team.
• Responsible for developing and reporting Client / Segment analytics are accurate.
• Provision of reports in an engaging format to ensure effective communication between Commercial and Proposal team.
• Analyze short-term commitments and long lead opportunities.
• Support Global Director and the Regional Managers to initiate planning of commitments and resources.
• Responsible for providing effective data analysis, interpretations, and compilation of BD efforts and progress.
• Collaboration with BD team globally and ensure that the team member\'s inputs are accurate and realistic. This also includes validation of data in CRM.
• Take the lead on cross-functional CRM improvement projects on local and international setting.
• Competitive benchmarking analysis against internal performance and lessons.

THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CRM Analyst.
• An individual with strong analytical and potential commercial mindset will be a plus.
• Proficient in CRM data extraction.
• Proficient in Excel Data Analysis.
• Strong internal stakeholder management skills.
