We\'re searching for an exceptional CRM Specialist to develop and grow an exciting new B2C app, which is set to launch in Early 2022.

The right candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-growth environment. You\'ll work across diverse, remote-first teams in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

As the CRM Specialist you\'ll be responsible for developing, managing and implementing cross channel campaigns that engage, retain and nurture our app users. You\'ll partner with key stakeholders across Product, Marketing and Ops to deliver on the Vision and growth targets

Responsibilities

  • Join our Growth Marketing team to develop a world-class CRM capability for our soon to launch world-first consumer app brand in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and the UK
  • This is a hands-on role where initially you will need to execute regular nurture campaigns to drive the download and usage of the app.
  • Create campaigns that ensure users regularly access the platform and are aware of all the functionality that exists (new and existing).
  • Set up and use new communication channels such as text and chat to create a multichannel customer journey.
  • Enhance our understanding of multi-touch CRM channel effectiveness, using our full marketing tech stack
  • Ensure our brand guidelines, including tone of voice, values and visual identity are adhered to across all of our channels
  • Continuously assess and report on the effectiveness and ROI of your activity
Requirements
  • 1-2 year client or agency-side experience in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics and automation technology such as Google 360 Suite, Braze, Salesforce, Marketo
  • Passion for creating CRM flows that delivers customer value
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Campaign and channel effectiveness reporting skills
  • Motivated self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced remote-first environment
  • Process driven. The team communicates in Slack and Asana
