Analyzes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system data in response to sales and brand initiatives or enquiries records such as customer information, call patterns, demographics etc to identify facts and trends and make recommendation.
Provides valuable insight into customers\xe2\x80\x99 behaviour and preferences at different stages of their relationship with the company.
Manage quality and consistency of data, generate reports and input data to support organization initiatives.
Optimize CRM assets and relational contents to drive customer engagement and loyalty across key touchpoints.
Collaborate with other departments to develop integrated CRM plans.
Strengthen the CRM benchmarking and competitor analyses.
Perform other related duties, special projects and assignments as required mainly CRM-led, customer centric instore events.
Develop activities that increase customer traffic to store
Execute retail marketing activities through segmentation, target and positioning of new product/service offerings
Manage new product/service launches that includes close collaboration with the inter departments
Liaise with retail mall landlords on promotions and other mall-related activities or promotions
REQUIREMENT
Keen interest in fashion & lifestyle industry with a passion for brand advocacy work.
Detail oriented and good with figures; good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point is fundamental.
Diploma / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing or Equivalent
Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 related experience
