Job Description
Our client is a market leader in the Real Estate Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to company\'s digital growth within the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment.
- Develop strategies for effective performance marketing, overseeing their execution.
- Plan and manage online campaigns across various platforms, including search engines (like Google / Yahoo etc), websites, and social media (Meta / YouTube / Tiktok etc).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, comparing results to our goals from initial views to purchases.
- Share campaign insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external partners to identify trends and optimize spending based on insights.
- Conduct and analyze A/B tests to improve outcomes.
- Work with internal teams to enhance the digital user experience.
- Provide leadership and guidance on digital marketing.
- Train team members on digital channels and strategies.
- Evaluate customer interactions across different channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners.
- Minimum of 5 years\' experience in digital marketing.
- Past experience managing marketing agencies.
- Strong communication skills for presenting ideas.
