Job Description




This position is responsible for defining, refining and managing customer retention and conversion strategy and iterating on optimization strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer journey CRM enablement and operation for overall 360 omnichannel ecosystem
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on planning and execution of data driven / targeted campaigns including content sourcing and delivery
  • Design and optimize targeting strategy throughout the sales funnel through leads segmentation and segregation
  • Ensure smooth execution of campaigns in a timely manner to end users
  • Review and improve CRM flow, process, systems and policies across entire customer journey to create a highly relevant and positive customer experience, including deployment of marketing automations and client journeys
  • Support development of various customer experience related system, such brand website, e-commerce site, user app, etc.
  • Consolidate and create post campaign quantitative and qualitative reporting and framework for sharing, learning, insights and optimization
  • Monitoring of KPIs and analysis of data across the 360 omnichannel ecosystem including continuous refinement of the conversions framework and CRM efficiencies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM strategic planning and operations in retail ecosystem
  • Prior experience in management of CRM systems for data analysis and preparation of reports
  • Understanding of end-to-end customer journey
  • Experience of Salesforce CRM system will be beneficial
  • Experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be beneficial
