Responsible for daily Export customer service operations.
Work closely with other Airfreight department to streamline processes and reduce wastage.
Responsible for new business implementation. Understand customer requirements and take lead for business implementation.
Promotes a continuous learning culture and partner with stakeholders to ensure employees are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs to attain operations excellence.
Responsible for teams yearly appraisal.
Maintain of teams training records.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree preferred
Minimum 5 years\' experience in freight forwarding with air freight experiences
Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and a good team player
Proficient in MS Office & ability to work independently
