Job Description

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $5,000 to $7,000 (depending on relevant exp)
• Annual Wage Supplement
• Performance Bonus (1 to 2 Months)
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.15pm (Mon to Fri)
• Location: Alps Ave (with company transport provided at AMK / Punggol / Tampines / Bedok / Sengkang / Tanah Merah / Pasir Ris / Jurong East)
• Well-known 3PL MNC firm with great career progression

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily Export customer service operations.
• Work closely with other Schenker Airfreight department to streamline processes and reduce wastage.
• Responsible for new business implementation. Understand customer requirements and take lead for business implementation.
• Promotes a continuous learning culture and partner with stakeholders to ensure employees are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs to attain operations excellence.
• Responsible for team\'s yearly appraisal.
• Maintain of team\'s training records.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in managing a team
