Main Function: Encoding of refunds + Verification of billable items Coordination of Yazaki's Reused Containers with OPS Searches for cnee's contact email/ number in cases of missing infoAdditional Tasks: CS- Updating of LVR and vessel cut-offs (done 2x a month) daily download of actuate reportDocs Back-up- Sending of notices for delinquent boxesSending of Demurrage/Detention invoices to cneeJob Qualification: Graduate of any 4-year business course. Good in communication skills.
