Singapore Changi Citi Solutions Centers (CSC) is part of the global network of Citi solutions Centers (CSCs). As part of the Site Management team, the individual will work closely with the Site Communication and Employee Engagement Lead, Site Leadership, Country Franchise and Regional/ Global CSC Network to support and execute CSC Governance and Strategy, supporting key Communications and Employee Engagement programs at Changi CSC Site.
Job responsibilities
Role reports to Changi CSC Employee Engagement and Communication Lead (C12, AVP). Responsible for supporting key site communication, governance and staff engagement initiatives at Changi CSC Site.
Liaison for global CSC network in disseminating employee engagement strategies and goals for Changi site.
Assists the Communication and Employee Engagement lead in the logistics of employee engagement initiatives and coordinates with respective teams to ensure smooth operation.
Creates content for internal communication mediums such as the intranet, media walls, newsletters, or regular e-mail bulletins to ensure that organizational initiatives are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
Collaborates with Changi CSC Site Leadership Team on action items required and running the SLT meetings to ensure governance of the site.
Plans and tracks Changi CSC Site budget and ensures that monthly site spend is submitted promptly.
Liaison for third party vendors in ensuring timely submission of documents required for vendor onboarding and payment processing for all employee engagement initiatives.
Gathers information or data used to create and update decks used for information sharing during senior visits, new hire orientation, SLT meetings, town halls or when required.
Timely reporting of the site's achievements and updates in the monthly Site Action Plan and CCC Update.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Mass Communication or related fields
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and comfortably with employees who have diverse skills and experience and are in different levels within the organization
Project management skills with attentiveness to detail and consistent follow through
Ability to work independently and take initiative proactively
Ability to multitask, prioritize and make good use of time management skills
Basic HTML skill, Microsoft Office and Photoshop
Experience in photography and basic video production would be an added advantage
At least 4 years or related experience
