Knowledge on Customer Service protocols
Knowledge on Stress and conflict Management
General Functions: Acquires and consolidates all issues, concerns and/or recommendations of customers in the relation to services provided to them, and coordinates the same with all concerned departments heads to ensuring all these are properly and immediately attended to and addressed.
