Required Qualifications

  • Atleast college graduate of any course
  • Can fluently communicate in English, Tagalog, Visayan and Chavacano language
  • Preferably with Call Center (BPO) or related work experience *

Skills and Knowledge:
  • Capable of communicating to any type of customer's personality
  • Knowledge on Customer Service protocols
  • Knowledge on Stress and conflict Management
General Functions:
Acquires and consolidates all issues, concerns and/or recommendations of customers in the relation to services provided to them, and coordinates the same with all concerned departments heads to ensuring all these are properly and immediately attended to and addressed.
Working with Maintenance and Transport Team in establishing proper documentation and monitoring of all vehicles to ensure our products would reach our valued customers on time and in good condition.*Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per monthBenefits:
