Job briefWe are looking for a Customer Service Executive, who is passionate about traveling. You will manage travel requirements made for business or leisure travel. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.Responsibilities.

  • Serving agents, They will only service ticket issuance, exchanges, changes and refunds.
  • Handle flight reservation - existing booking-date change, refund, name corrections.
  • Handing Customer queries and complaints in real time via phone. Chat and email.
  • Meet SLA targets, lower response times, increasing productivity etc.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems ( Amadeus. Sabre) and e-traveling. - Must be fluent in both GDS. Issuing, changes, exchanges, phase 4's etc.
  • Fluency in English -Must have the ability to communicate via the phone in English, written and verbal.
  • Strong communication skills and commercial awareness. Ability to interact, communicate, Organized and a go getter.
  • Must be personable and easily understandable by customers predominantly in US, UK and Asian countries
  • Standard working hours , a 5 day work week and across 3 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Sound knowledge of international travel trends -
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field -
  • Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
Job Type: Full-timePay: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
