Details of the Division and Team:

The role is for Global Procurement & Travel Operations for Invoice Operations & Customer Support for China. This role is responsible for work-streams\xe2\x80\x99 performance outcomes within their assigned region/client group. Candidate requires strong collaboration skills and dedication and initiative as candidate is required to work independently yet closely with the various teams in the bank and across locations with other regional operations leads. This role reports directly to Procurement Operations Regional Manager in Singapore.

Your key responsibilities:

Support and manage service provider for the bank on the various bank\xe2\x80\x99s platforms from procurement to pay for third party vendor invoices and other type of expense claims.

Participate and manage change implementation for the bank including some project management skills, partnering with global / regional program teams to ensure local involvement in design, testing and deployment for new roll-out for China

Create and support any bank\xe2\x80\x99s communication in China related to Invoice operations and customer support topics and on-going of client interaction.

Provide guidance and feedback on front-end customer service provided to bank\xe2\x80\x99s users including guidance, training, and troubleshooting for all purchasing and payment needs.

Implementation of new operational process, solutions, policies, always ensure stability of existing operations to meet the global / region control requirements.

Continuously work towards process improvement and system enhancement for efficiency of all purchasing and invoicing transactions.

Build and maintain an understanding of the bank\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy, key drivers, and current issues to support close collaboration on product/service implementation strategies.

Teamwork is key to ensure the role is fulfilled and driving focus for China to meet Group\xe2\x80\x99s objectives focusing on achieving consistent operational excellence and client/user satisfaction.

Developing strong, trusted relationships with managers within the business and engaging with members of the wider divisional team, at all levels, ensuring their team understand how they are contributing to the delivery of the business strategy and their role in managing and minimizing risk.

Your skills and experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a large-scale organization.

Proven experience with accounting systems such as SAP Accounting (Ariba modules) or similar systems.

Proficiency in Mandarin language as the role requires constant communication with the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s China counterparts.

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, graduate in Finance/Banking/Accountancy or highly numerical discipline.

Ability to thrive in a fast paced and challenging environment.

Independent and good problem-solving skills to address diverse issues.

Ability to communicate and influence a diverse range of stakeholders up to and including senior management/vendor relationships.

Focused on providing quality output and capable of handling difficult situations/conversations and challenge accepted ideas.

Strong analytical/business problem-solving skills, business planning and strategic agility.

Good Knowledge on Excel, Word and Power-point required.

Good personal organization skills, ability to work under pressure and keep up to strict deadlines and able to effectively manage meetings and progress discussions.

Passion for change and confidence in own abilities

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
