Description
This is a global energy trading firm that has an impressive asset portfolio, along with a rapidly growing presence in Asia. In line with its growth ambitions, the Group has embarked on a global CTRM transformation, with teams across multiple locations. Singapore is a key commercial hub in Asia Pacific, and is now on the search for a CTRM Specialist on a contract tenure for 12 months or more.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Process Leader, the CTRM Specialist will be responsible for designing and capturing all business process flow elements across the entire trade lifecycle based on the current CTRM set up, along with the design and transition of business processes to the new CTRM platform. The CTRM Specialist will have a key focus on processes surrounding trade execution, daily P&L capture and market risk. The role will be the bridge between the end users in the functions of risk, middle office, trading analytics and analysis, as well as the global IT team and ensure that all business process requirements are delivered in line with the global enterprise workstreams. The CTRM specialist will support the Business Analysts and the product owners in queries regarding requirements, solution designs.

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a degree in related business/ finance/ tech disciplines, with 7 to 10 years\' experience ideally within physical commodities trading, or financial services with a global markets trading focus. Those with functional experience in product control, middle office, market risk, and/ or financial control in those sectors will have a distinct advantage. You will be described as meticulous, operationally hands-on, and highly methodical with a passion for business process re-engineering.
