Hudson is representing a well-established East Asian organisation for an exciting opportunity within the Energy space. We have partnered with them on this search mandate and we are looking for a Commercial Contract Manager to join their team in Singapore.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the General Manager (Contract Management), you will support and lead sales long-term contract management, including building strong relationships with relevant buyers worldwide in fluent English for smooth implementation and commercial negotiations as required.

SCOPE:

• Support overall LNG value-chain risk and profit management of long-term LNG purchases and sales contracts, including direct communication with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
• Assist the General Manager in formulating Business plans and budgets, internal reporting and reporting.
• Bridge other directorates as well as external stakeholders to ensure smooth settlement, accounting and IT interface.
• Collaborate with team members in establishing clear objectives, valuations of scenarios, identifying challenges, proposing solutions and executing strategy and operations.
• Form a task team study, propose and implement value or efficiency enhancement measures as needed.
• Support GM to establish and maintain a strong and motivated team environment including guiding staff and resolving any interpersonal team issues.
• Manage external relationships on behalf of Long-term Contract Management Department, including respective senior management representatives.

THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE:

• Minimum 7 years of commercial experience in LNG
• Background in marketing, operations, new projects development or value-chain contract negotiations
• Proven track record in successful negotiation and administering complex value-chain LNG contracts
• Ability to lead structured negotiations of complex commercial agreements.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and external third parties.
• High level of commercial awareness with ability to identify and propose solutions to commercial issues, consistent with the company\'s objectives.
