JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Must be well experienced in local cuisines, international cuisines. 2. Clean food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy. 3. Prepares foods to the specifications of the client 4. Prepares food before the arrival of guests 5. Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests 6. Act as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature 7. Seasons food according to recipes or company needs 8. Operate various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer 9. Portions, arranges, and garnishes food 10. Assists other cooks during the food assembly process 11. Estimates expected food consumption and organises preparation 12. Prepares any necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begin 13. Cleans up after business hours 14. Alters dishes based on consumer suggestions or requirements.
