Job Description
We are a private home experience in Tiong Bahru Estate, presenting a new perspective on going local. We are hiring an experienced Culinary Consultant to assist to spearhead the team. The job description for this role will entail the following:
- Assist in maintaining established quality assurance procedures to ensure acceptable health department and customer service standards
- To hire, train, motivate, supervise and discipline all staff working directly and indirectly in the kitchen
- To communicate regularly with the Executive Chef/Culinary Director to achieve and excellent rapport throughout the food production department
- Constantly inspect taste, temperature and visual appeal, make sure that all dishes are uniform and that established portion sizes are adhered to
- To ensure all equipment is in full working order
- To establish standard recipes and ensure that the compliance with themWe are looking for an experienced candidate who is able to aritculate new ideas and are willing to impart skills to other colleagues in the team. An attractive remuneration package awaits.
