We are seeking candidates with a background in culinary education and hands-on experience in menu development and kitchen operations to join a renowned global burger brand with a strong international presence. DESIGNATION : Culinary (R&D) Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and test new recipes, products, and culinary innovations.
Refine and optimize recipes to meet specific needs and standards.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and adherence to industry standards.
Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, supply chain) to align on product briefs and ensure successful product launches.
Lead and manage new menu projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
Drive culinary innovation and explore new ideas and techniques.
Provide technical knowledge and expertise in R&D processes.
Stay informed about current and emerging culinary trends and consumer preferences.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree / Diploma in culinary arts or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in culinary
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate information to diverse audiences.

Salary will be based on experience and aligned with local market standards.
The role is part of the Marketing team, with regular store visits required.
