We are looking for a Culture and Learning Manager/ Assistant Manager to be responsible in conducting training and coordinating training activities for the Hotel. You will be providing the supervisory and leadership to motivate the Culture and Learning team to identifying training needs, developing programs, conducting training and liaising with external resources personnel.

To ensure success as our Culture and Learning Manager, you should possess experience in working with International 5* Hotel Group and the ability to ensure adherence to hotel specifications and standards.

Requirements:

  • Good professional track record
  • Good leadership skills
  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resources or related fields
  • At least 3 years\' experience in a similar position
  • Able to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines
  • Able to coach and guide team along by imparting knowledge and role modeling
