  • Lead the English curriculum team in the design, research, development and production of high-quality lesson materials for children that is in line with EtonHouse\xe2\x80\x99s teaching philosophy
  • Ensure that curriculum is aligned with MOE\xe2\x80\x99s learning goals
  • Responsible for the overall strategy and planning of the English curriculum team
  • Assess and monitor the impact and effectiveness of the planned curriculum
  • Undertake research to ensure that curriculum is up-to-date and in line with modern educational trends
  • Create weekly lesson plans consisting of teacher notes and student worksheets
  • Manage the library \xe2\x80\x93 curate and procure books that support the curriculum, oversee the library facility, manage the library budget, catalog library materials
  • Develop and implement effective systems for managing the routines and actions of the library
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and project progress within budget and timelines
  • To complete all our duties assigned by the management team
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least six to eight years of relevant teaching or writing experience, with a strong professional track record
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in related field
  • Passion for education, learning and writing
  • Genuine interest and enthusiasm in interacting with children
  • Possess working knowledge and expertise of the Singapore education system
  • Creative, meticulous and driven individual
  • Good time management, ability to work independently
  • Collaborator with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible, and able to manage change and ambiguity well
