Customer Account Executive [ Semicon ]

Job Description
- Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- Able to efficiently respond to customer any e-mail or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- He / She must liaise between other internal departments or Vendors and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the client\'s needs and time restraints.
- Must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the production department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
- Degree or Diploma with 2 to 3 years of working experience in Semiconductor or related field preferred. Also any other qualifications relating to Sales or Marketing is an advantage.
- Must be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients and colleagues are a large focus within the job.
- A Customer Account Executive must be organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
- Due to the volume of communication that will be required with client, the Customer Account Executive must possess excellent client service skills.
