Support outreach activities to attract new clients and expand market presence
Conduct initial engagement via calls, messages and digital channels
Assist in preparing sales pitches, follow-up materials and client proposals
Track acquisition performance and maintain updated CRM records
Collaborate with marketing teams on targeted campaigns and lead funnels
Provide insights to enhance conversion strategies and client engagement
Requirements
Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications
Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills
Self-motivated, results-driven and eager to grow in a sales environment
Able to multitask and follow through effectively
Previous experience in telesales, customer engagement or lead generation is an advantage
