- Provide on-site frontline concierge service for employee service requests/status/enquiries/feedbacks at the Employee - Concierge at the 3 different working locations
- Escalating the necessary to to the middle office via Employee Relationship Management System for case resolution
- Provide on-site support for Principal Offices for services including but not limited to the following, (Onboarding, Offboarding, -Daily Duty, HR Admin, Logistics, Procurement and Finance)
- Any other ad-hoc duties assignedJob Requirements- Min Diploma/A Level with one year of relevant working experience
- Singaporeans only
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
