Job Responsibilities:
- Manage orders related to enquiries from customer, interface and coordinate with plant, logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfilment on time.
- Responsible for shipping & billing processing using Oracle, Trax & other business tools.
- Ensure proper & complete commercial documentation are in compliance with sales recognition policy and organize shipment release on timely basis.
- Able to work with various functions OM, A/R, Trade compliance team, plants to ensure timely release of shipment & billing through system.
- Review commercial clauses, manage type of bonds with bank, Letter of Credit negotiation with bank, issue chamberized origin etc.
- Ensure all related billing issuance are issued right the first time, provide complete supporting bill docs to customer, meeting the customer\'s contract/payment milestones and ensure each set of payment collection must be reasonably assured.
- Liaise with internal A/R Collections team and customer to rectify any variances whenever query arise.
- Able to communicate well with all the stake holders to ensure smooth execution of shipment & billing according to established guidelines.
- Ensure all documents are filed according to Record Retention Policy.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Ensure compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/ health at work, as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experiences in the related field.
- Working knowledge of business management system like Oracle or JDE preferably.
- Sound knowledge on International Shipping practice and basic understanding on Finance\'s terminology.
- Good communication in both verbal and written.
- Can work under pressure, customer focused, detailed oriented etc.
- Good in Microsoft Excel skills.
- Able to multi-task in fast pace environment.
- Thinks systematically and organizes tasks to work efficiently and effectively
