Customer Care Associate (part Time)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Address customer enquiries and feedback received via different touchpoints (including face-to-face, hotline and emails) promptly and professionally
  • Handle facility bookings, programme registrations and over-the-counter payment collections
  • Follow up with designated departments and/ or escalate issues to supervisors to ensure timely and appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer feedback and enquiries
  • Keep records of customer interactions, including lost and found items, in the CRM system according to the established criteria and guidelines
  • Maintain secure custody of found property
  • Update notice and display boards with the public activities/ events conducted within the premises, and the appropriate environmental and service information
  • Perform daily settlements and financial reconciliations for revenue submissions
  • Identify improvements and propose recommendations to address operational challenges and enhance customer experience
  • Ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned or needed
Required:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels and above
  • Pleasant personality with a passion for service
  • Must be able to work on weekends, Public Holidays and/ or afternoon shifts (ending 2230hrs) on weekdays
  • Comfortable with computers and willing to learn new systems
  • Able to commit to one of the following tiers for a period of 1 year and above:
  • a. 12-hour work week
  • b. 20-hour work week
  • c. 28-hour work week
  • Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated and keen learner
  • Team player with excellent listening and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Meticulous and takes pride in delivering consistent high quality work
Preferred:
  • Prior experience in customer experience and contact centre environment
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Prior experience in Point-Of-Sales system and cash handling
Salary:
  • $10/hr
Contract Duration:
  • 3 months renewable

Non-event Days, Mon to Sun:
  • 0630 - 1300hrs
  • 0630 - 1600hrs
  • 0730 - 1630hrs
  • 0900 - 1800hrs
  • 0930 - 1900hrs
  • 1030 - 2000hrs
  • 1100 - 2000hrs
  • 1200 - 2100hrs
  • 1230 - 2200hrs
  • 1300 - 2230hrs
  • 1600 - 2230hrs

Depends on event requirements

Location:

Singapore Sports Hub (Stadium MRT)

Remarks:
  • Min working hours per week (28hrs, 20hrs or 12hrs)
  • 12-hr work week is preferably for staff who can only work on weekends or afternoon/ evening shifts
  • Shift hours might be outside of the usual working hours, depending on event and operational requirements
