Address customer enquiries and feedback received via different touchpoints (including face-to-face, hotline and emails) promptly and professionally
Handle facility bookings, programme registrations and over-the-counter payment collections
Follow up with designated departments and/ or escalate issues to supervisors to ensure timely and appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer feedback and enquiries
Keep records of customer interactions, including lost and found items, in the CRM system according to the established criteria and guidelines
Maintain secure custody of found property
Update notice and display boards with the public activities/ events conducted within the premises, and the appropriate environmental and service information
Perform daily settlements and financial reconciliations for revenue submissions
Identify improvements and propose recommendations to address operational challenges and enhance customer experience
Ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned or needed
Required:
Minimum GCE 'O' Levels and above
Pleasant personality with a passion for service
Must be able to work on weekends, Public Holidays and/ or afternoon shifts (ending 2230hrs) on weekdays
Comfortable with computers and willing to learn new systems
Able to commit to one of the following tiers for a period of 1 year and above:
a. 12-hour work week
b. 20-hour work week
c. 28-hour work week
Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
Proactive, self-motivated and keen learner
Team player with excellent listening and problem-solving skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity
Meticulous and takes pride in delivering consistent high quality work
Preferred:
Prior experience in customer experience and contact centre environment
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Prior experience in Point-Of-Sales system and cash handling
