Customer Care Coodinator (contract Renewal)(tai Seng)

Job Description
- Fully incharge of contract matters
- Proccesing the contract into the system
- Updating PO
- Manual creation of the contract / jobbing in the system
- Renewal of all contracts for clients
- Monitoring the clients renewal/ termination numbers
- To raise credit and debit note request when required with approval.
- Other administrative jobs.
- GCE "O" Level, Diploma in any discipline or higher
- Familiarity or experience with Customer Service and Administration a must
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
- Able to work in a multicultural environment
- Service-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Must be able to start work immediately or within short notice
- 5 days work week - 8.30am to 5.45pm
- 14 & 16 Jalan Mesin - Macpherson
- Nearest MRT ; Tai Seng
- (Bus Number to reach : 8, 62, 90, 151)
