• Perform Contract renewal, Customer retention and Contract termination
• Achieve Contract Renewal targets set by the company
• Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
• Professionally handle issues in the best interest of both the customer and company
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer\'s experience. (mainly to gather feedback, attend to customer queries and schedule appointments)
• Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to customer service surveys
• Escalation of daily operation issues to relevant function for followup

Requirements

• GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level, Diploma in any discipline or higher
• 2 years experience in Customer Service , Sales support/ coordination
• Passionate about sales, customer service and building relationships with customers
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
• Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
• Able to work in a multicultural environment
• Service-oriented and able to work under pressure
