Job Description


\xc2\xb7 Contract/Database administrator\xc2\xb7 Act as front-liner providing excellent customer service to both internal and external parties at all times\xc2\xb7 Performs creation, amendment, service suspension and termination of contract using in-house system\xc2\xb7 Generate and maintain sales report\xc2\xb7 Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company\xc2\xb7 Assist Supervisor to resolve daily operation issues\xc2\xb7 Other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisorRequirements\xc2\xb7 Minimum GCE N Level\xc2\xb7 Resilient and is able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers\xc2\xb7 Familiarity or experience with Customer Service and Call Center preferred\xc2\xb7 Experience in a sales administration job scope will be an added advantage\xc2\xb7 Strong decision making and analytical abilities\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing\xc2\xb7 Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must\xc2\xb7 Service-oriented, pleasant personality and able to work under pressureBenefits
