Customer Service Officer

to support our back-end operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day customer communication through phone calls, messaging platforms, and email. Respond promptly and professionally to sales inquiries, consignment requests, and service-related questions. Coordinate after-sales processes such as repair updates, warranty queries, and product handovers. Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate customer records. Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Assist in administrative tasks and internal coordination related to client servicing.

Requirements:

Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin/Malay proficiency is a plus). Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude. Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask effectively. Comfortable working with messaging platforms, email, and phone communication. Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce support, or administrative roles is an advantage but not mandatory. Interest in luxury watches, fashion, or lifestyle products will be a bonus. Able to work retail hours 5 days per week, inclusive of weekends when required.
