We are looking for a Customer Care Handler who will perform timely activities associated with the customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders as well as maintain good relations with stakeholders. The location of the position is Singapore. This is a six-month contract position.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Frequent contact with counterparts on customer\xe2\x80\x99s side
Verifying the completeness of customer\xe2\x80\x99s purchase orders with related quotations
Checking, fulfilling and following up order confirmations
Processing sales orders according to their priorities
Handling nonconformities and claims
Identifying risk orders, updating all data for prepayment and following up gradually
Confirming and sending delivery instructions
Introducing newcomers to tasks, system and process
Participating in cross-functional projects.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to succeed
Ideally you have:
Degree educated or equivalent through relevant operational experience
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Computer skills; MS office basics, G-suite and ERP system knowledge is an asset
Team player, interpersonal skills
Communicative
Self-motivated and accurate
